Servings: 12 small squares | Time: 15 min (plus chilling)

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts

  • 1½ cups soft dates (about 230 g)

  • ½ cup almond butter

  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp chaga mushroom powder

  • ⅓ cup chopped unsweetened dried cranberries

  • Optional: pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Blend dates and walnuts in a food processor until crumbly.

  2. Add almond butter, cocoa, chaga powder, and blend into a sticky dough.

  3. Press mixture into a parchment-lined tray.

  4. Sprinkle cranberries on top, press gently.

  5. Chill for at least 1 hour, then slice into squares.
