Detox Broccoli Cream Soup

Servings: 1 | Time: 20 min

 

Ingredients

  • 250 g broccoli

  • 1 onion

  • 200 ml coconut milk

  • 250 ml water

  • 2 tsp curry powder

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp pine nuts

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion in olive oil, then add broccoli.

  2. Add water, broth, coconut milk, and curry. Simmer 12 min.

  3. Blend until smooth; garnish with coconut swirl and pine nuts.

 

Longevity Tips:

✔ Add a pinch of mustard powder after blending to activate sulforaphane.

✔ Finish with 1 tsp flaxseed oil for an omega-3 boost.
