Why Longevity?


Longevity has always been part of my story — not just through science, but through family.

My great-grandparents lived past 100 with sharp minds and strong bodies. Growing up with that legacy inspired my lifelong curiosity about why some people stay vibrant while others burn out early.

But there was a time when everything looked fine on the outside — while inside, I was exhausted, inflamed, and disconnected. I didn’t need another detox or trend. I needed a system that worked with my biology — one that restored energy, calm, and resilience from the inside out.
